Heart disease and stroke are the No. 1 and No. 4 killers of Women. February is American Heart Month, and we invite you to join the celebration and learn more ways to prevent heart disease and stroke in your life.
Show your support for the women you love and come shuffle through the Galleria at Tyler for your heart health!
What is the Go Red Shuffle? The Go Red Shuffle is a fun family day filled with heart-healthy activities, including a dance shuffle to help promote awareness that heart disease is the No. 1 Killer of Women.
What is a dance shuffle? A dance shuffle is a dance in which the feet slide along or move close to the floor. At this event we encourage walking, dancing, strutting, shuffling etc. We just want you to move and have fun!

Day of Event Activities:
9:00 am: Registration and Check In
9:30 am: Group Photo and Warm Up
10:00 am: Passport to Health (Heart Healthy Activities at Participating Retailers)
- Walking route through the mall
- Group "Heart Beat" Upper Level - Led by Heart Disease Survivor
- Group Brain Power Lower Level - Led by Stroke Survivor
- Free Blood Pressure, and other screenings
